Our technicians have broad experience migrating websites and can handle everything – from a typical WordPress–powered blog or Joomla^™–driven web site, to a highly elaborate, custom–made app.

A: We try to perform all website migrations ASAP. Even so, we don’t have a set time frame for website migrations. There are different facets that you need to take into account – the very size of your web site and the workload of our web site migration staff, etc. We always try to implement each migration in under 48 hours. With less sizeable web sites, our team usually manages to finish in less than 24 hours.

A: We will need the login details for your current hosting provider’s Control Panel and the web site’s name (domain name).

A: Before we can begin the migration of your web hosting account, you must first open an account with us. Opening an account with us requires that you to disclose the same information you have given to your old web hosting provider. We also have a very rigid Privacy Policy, which specifies how sensitive data is tackled.

A: Nope. Your web site will stay completely operational during the transfer. Once everything is done on our end, we’ll let you know so that you can examine it and check for problems. If everything is fine, all you will have to do is change your domain name’s DNS settings.

A: No. Aside from your login details for the Control Panel, we will not need anything. We’ll never contact your hosting provider. They won’t know anything about the migration either.

A: Yep. We support all regular Linux–powered hosting platforms. We don’t support Windows–based hosting platforms, as we do not provide Windows hosting services ourselves.Furthermore, we do not support proprietary website creation and management tools such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
